Innovative content and improved functionalities for communication with users of health services will improve the user experience on the website, and patients will get even more individual access and better communication at every step, from sending inquiries, coming for an examination to health monitoring.<\/p><p>The implementation of the project encourages the use of modern technologies, improves business, creates added value for services and generates new demand on the domestic and foreign markets through health tourism.<\/p><p>The implementation of the project includes the activity of creating an improved website of the Polyclinic.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>OBJECTIVE AND RESULTS OF THE PROJECT<\/strong><\/p><p>The goal of the project is to improve communication with service users by implementing a new website in order to increase the company&#039;s competitive advantage in the demanding market of private health services.<\/p><p>The implementation of the planned activities achieves the following results:<\/p><ul><li>digital transformation of the company through the introduction of an improved company website<\/li><li>increased employee capacities for the application of new information and communication technologies<\/li><li>increased public awareness of improved digital capacities of companies and acquired expertise in managing projects co-financed by the EU.<\/li><\/ul><p>The creation of a new website enables a high-quality presentation of all medical services on the domestic and foreign markets, monitoring and analysis of patient inquiries, insight into the most requested medical services and interactive communication with potential users of health services. Analysis of the collected information will improve planning, business processes of property and human resources management, sales of health services and marketing, and define business models for improving relations with patients.
