PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project introduces a new polyclinic website integrated with CMS (Content Management System) for independent content management. Innovative content and improved functionalities for communication with users of health services will improve the user experience on the website, and patients will get even more individual access and better communication at every step, from sending inquiries, coming for an examination to health monitoring.
The implementation of the project encourages the use of modern technologies, improves business, creates added value for services and generates new demand on the domestic and foreign markets through health tourism.
The implementation of the project includes the activity of creating an improved website of the Polyclinic.
OBJECTIVE AND RESULTS OF THE PROJECT
The goal of the project is to improve communication with service users by implementing a new website in order to increase the company's competitive advantage in the demanding market of private health services.
The implementation of the planned activities achieves the following results:
The creation of a new website enables a high-quality presentation of all medical services on the domestic and foreign markets, monitoring and analysis of patient inquiries, insight into the most requested medical services and interactive communication with potential users of health services. Analysis of the collected information will improve planning, business processes of property and human resources management, sales of health services and marketing, and define business models for improving relations with patients. Creating additional value for users of health services will generate new demand and increase the competitiveness of the polyclinic on the domestic and foreign markets.
A stimulating digital environment will enable employees to continuously learn and create innovative services, and the integration of digital tools into daily work will position the applicant as a company that encourages a culture of innovation and continuous improvement of business models.
By investing EU funds, the company will modernize operations, improve professional capacities for better positioning on the market, increase sales revenue and export revenue, and the number of employees.
Experience in project implementation will be applied in new projects of introducing modern information and communication technologies into the company's operations.

The project innovates software solutions for managing business processes and adds new functionalities that improve the creation and archiving of medical documentation needed in the process of treatment and patient care, increase data security and protect patient privacy, and facilitate insight into the health status of patients.
Ensuring the completeness of medical records, the timeliness of receiving inquiries and the accuracy of information about the needs of service users improves the efficiency of professional staff in processing inquiries and healthcare workers in providing medical services. The improved functionality of the software will provide patients with better monitoring of the course of treatment and planned control examinations, as well as shorter deadlines for the delivery of health services.

The goal of the project is to improve relations with service users by implementing a software solution for managing the processes of creating medical documentation in order to increase the competitive advantage of the company in the demanding market of private health services.
The implementation of the planned activities achieves the following results:
The introduction of a software solution enables simple transfer and storage of existing documentation in the program, which facilitates migration to a digital system and ensures the integrity of medical records. By quickly processing the requests of users of health services, the software supports efficient management of medical documentation, monitoring of patients' health status, planning of check-ups, automated sending of notifications to patients about scheduled check-up dates, planning of available time for medical staff, more efficient organization of business processes for ordering and receiving patients, quality provision of medical services , and increasing the efficiency of the medical and professional staff.
For company management, the software facilitates the analysis of service user needs, service program planning, strategic planning, polyclinic resource management, and the creation of business policies on the target market.
By investing EU funds, the company will modernize its operations, improve professional capacities for better positioning on the market and increase sales revenue and export revenue.
